How We Handle Shipping
Due to the size and nature of our pottery, we are unable to quote shipping rates in real-time on our web site. Depending on the pieces and quantity of your order, multiple boxes may be needed to ship your order. Once we receive your order we will contact you via email to confirm the shipping charges. Our Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order: Schroeder Pottery is committed to making your online shopping experience as easy and as satisfying as possible. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may, within the first thirty days after receipt of your order, exchange your order for something else in our catalog. Our Warranty
Schroeder Pottery Warrants all of its pottery pieces to be free from defective workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days after purchase. If a pottery piece is found to be defective within such thirty (30) day period, the purchaser may return the piece, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt, to Schroeder Pottery for replacemement. Schroeder Pottery shall be responsible solely for, at its election, either the replacement of the piece or the refund of the original price, less postage and handling charges. |
